Taylor Swift and Max Martin

Post from Keith: Billionaire pop culture icon Taylor Swift is obviously the biggest pop star in the world, so when she drops a new album and teams up with genius Songwriter/Producer Max Martin the #1 songwriter in the world (that wrote more #1 hit songs than Paul McCartney) you have to pay attention. It took me a minute to appreciate this record, no doubt the best song is the title track "The fate of Ophelia" which has a very interesting structure of 5 bar verses and extended chorus's but my favorite track by far is "Ruin the Friendship"! Great lyrics and melodies and Taylor's singing is top notch here especially her falsetto is amazing, it reminds me of my gal Kari Kimmel's falsetto. My other favorites are "Father Figure" and her spicy lyrics really surprised me (On first listen I had to rewind to see did she really say that?). "Wish List" I heard is her personal favorite and I see why, her vocals and vocal production are top notch!
